During the third T20I against Sri Lanka in Antigua, West Indies and Punjab Kings' all-rounder Fabian Allen pulled a stunning catch to dismiss Sri Lanka's opening batsman Danushka Gunathilaka. In the deciding rubber, West Indies defeated Sri Lanka by three wickets, winning the three-match T20I series 2-1.
The incident took place in the third over when Sri Lanka's opening batsman Danushka Gunathilaka went for an aerial route on the first ball, but mistimed it. Allen, who bowled the delivery, was quick on his reflexes as he seized the opportunity with one hand. Allen jumped and grabbed the reverse catch with one hand to complete the dismissal and drew first blood.

In 20 overs, Sri Lanka managed to post only 131 runs on the board, with Dinesh Chandimal being the highest scorer with 54 runs off 46 balls. Ashen Bandara amassed 44 runs off 35 balls. For West Indies, Allen, Sinclair, Holder and McCoy took a wicket each.
Chasing 132, the hosts got off to a good start, with both the openers scoring 20+ runs. Surprisingly, skipper Kieron Pollard, who hit six sixes in an over in the first T20I, was sent packing for a three-ball duck. West Indies looked in a fix when they needed 27 runs from last three overs, but Fabian Allen smashed 21 runs off 6 balls, taking his team home.
The tour will now progress to the ODI leg, where the two teams will clash for three times before ending the series with two Tests at the same venue in Antigua.
