Chris Gayle established himself once again as a master batsman in T20 winning the BPL final title for Rangpur Riders. In the final tussle against Dhaka Dynamites, the player thumped one of his ‘top five knocks’. He scored an unbeaten century of 146 runs hauling the team’s score to 206 for 1. The inning featured the half century knock from Brendon McCullum scoring 51. Chasing the high score, Dhaka Dynamites scored 149 runs off 9 wickets, handing a 57-run victory to Rangpur. For the title winner the BLP feat is a record as it was only Dhaka, which was favorite before the match.
