The left-arm pacer was expected to miss the whole series owing to the shoulder and knee injury, but now Natrajan's probable inclusion in the squad would reinforce the bowling department. The Yorker Sensation was impressive during India's T20 series win in Australia and was also given a Test cap in Brisbane where he got three wickets in the first innings.

"Natarajan has passed all the mandatory fitness tests including YoYo and 2KM run. He had flown to Ahmedabad a few days back but had to under to undergo mandatory hard quarantine since he was not a part of the bubble," a senior BCCI official told PTI.
T Natarajan made his T20 international debut in December in Australia against the hosts and left a wondrous impression with his bowling prowess. The Srh bowler played three matches and became the top wicket-taker of the series. The debutant bagged 6 wickets at a strike rate of 12.0 with an outstanding economy of 6.92 and was one of the central figures who helped India seal the series 2-1.
"Today, his quarantine got over and he could sit in the dugout. He will certainly be available for selection in the next game also and for the 50 over games," reckons BCCI official.
The series is leveled at 2-2 following the nail-biting 4th T20 match. Shardul Thakur's fantastic double-wicket over ushered India to victory, and with Bhuvneshwar finding the rhythm lately, he is unlikely to be dropped. However, T Natrajan is too good to be ignored, his knack at relentlessly excelling the yorkers gives him an edge in the XI. It'll be interesting to see if the blue army arrives with three pacers in the decider which will take place on Saturday 20 March.
