The Indian team is set to play a three-match series against South Africa. On Thursday, the first match of the Three matches series is to be played in Dharamshala. In this series, fast bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar has returned to Team India. He hinted before the match that they might limit the usage of saliva to shine the white ball.
Indian team bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar answered his questions while talking to the media ahead of the match on Thursday. Bhuvi spoke of being cautious during the match keeping the corona virus in mind.
Bhuvneshwar, however, said, “We have thought about not using saliva but I can't say right now because if we don't use saliva then how will we shine the ball. Then we will get hit and you people will say you are not bowling well”.
He said that whatever the doctors would recommend to do in the team meeting, all of them would follow it. Today, we will have a team meeting and whatever instruction we get or whatever is the best option we will do. It all depends on the team doctor what advice they give us.
Bhuvi considered the threat to Corona as big and said, “You can't say anything right now because it has created a very dangerous situation in India. We are doing all the preventive measures we can take about it.” We have team doctors with us, they tell us what to do and what needs to be avoided. So we hope it doesn't spread further. ”
