Kings XI Punjab will need to flex its muscles better against Sunrisers Hyderabad. The later is the most successful of all team so far in IPL tournament 2018. In the three matches they played so far, Hyderabad boasts of a total tally of 25 wickets so far. This season, Hyderabad has not lost a match due to a sturdy showdown with both the ball and the bat.
While on one side bowlers are emerging with impressive economy in IPL 2018 season, on the other side, batsmen are successful to keep their score points high. However, Kings XI Punjab is by no way a mismatch for Hyderabad. With Ashwin leading, the Punjab is through a new and tough game strategy. Apart from a strong bowling form, their combination of batsmen has shown excellent results in matches they played.
Punjab has no special advantage at their home ground and Hyderabad as nothing to worry about match condition. In fact, the latter has an impressive record of winning four out of four games they played in Mohali against Punjab. In the last three match this IPL season, Punjab won against Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Daredevils, while they lost to Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Hyderabad won against Mumbai Indians, Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders becoming the strongest of IPL teams so far. Punjab’s batting lineup witnessed strong batting from Lokesh Rahul and Chris Gayle although Yuvraj Singh and the like if Aaron Finch are yet to show up their forms. Hyderabad is bolstered with a strong batting off Shikhar Dhawan, Kane Williamson and Manish Pandey, while Shakib Al Hasan and like of Deepak Hooda has been substantial bets.
Punjab is most likely to drop Aaron Finch although Yuvraj Singh has been quite worrisome this season. Manoj Tiwari could be a top pick of the team as a replacement. Hyderabad has no reason to alter its winning combination. Sandeep Sharma who replaced an injured Bhuvneshwar Kumar showed up good game in the previous match.
