JP Duminy dropped from Team due to Poor Performance
In last eight innings JP Duminy totaled only 40 runs in Test.


Allrounder JP Duminy is dropped from the test team due to poor form. The player is rested from the team, which is currently on the England tour. In the previous two test matches, Duminy had weak performance. The player is through a series of woeful batting in the format. He was released on Monday. To replace Duminy, Kagiso Rabada will be back. The young bowler was expelled from a match for his on-field spat to Ben Stokes. Additionally, Russell Domingo rejoined the team in the tournament. Cricket South Africa briefed short. The statement said Russell Domingo has re-joined and JP Duminy is released.

The series is now at a crucial state, being locked at 1-1. The third test is scheduled at Oval and both England and South Africa will try hard to dominate the series with a win. South Africa is expecting the Oval pitch to be batting friendly, but they had to opt for a bowler leaving a batsman. In the format, Duminy aggregated 2103 runs from 46 Test matches. His average is 32.85. He has knocked six centuries and eight half-centuries so far.
