England to tussle South Africa with Debutants in the Squad
Tom Westley will replace Gary Ballance in the third Test.

The third Test between England and South Africa will feature Tom Westley, the batsman from Essex. The England domestic player will break though international test for England. The Test is scheduled at The Oval on July 27. Westley will replace Gary Ballance in the match as the latter injured his index finger. The batsman will play at Number 3, the spot of Ballance in the team.

Another player who might debut in the match is Dawid Malan. He is already being inducted in the 13-member squad, but is inclusion among 11 is also being discussed. Malan is the batsman from Middlesex. His inclusion will support England with an extra batsman. Malan can be a crucial bet for the team, as it has already felt the heat of South Africa’s bowling attack in the last match. An extra batsman down the line will be imperative for a strong buildup. In the previous Test, South Africa nicked a 340-run victory. While, England faced their batting woes as total collapse in the final inning.

Westley and Malan are both through their strong forms in domestic circuit. Also, Malan has already debuted T20 International against South Africa in the preceding series. In his debut match, the batsman scored 78 off 44. In the current season, he scored 425 runs in total in domestic circuit. The player aggregated the score in six games of County Championship. He also bowled strong registering seven wickets.

Meanwhile, Westley scored 478 runs with two centuries and two half centuries recently. He averaged 53.11 in the current County Championship. He also played against South Africa as an England Lions player. In the match, Westly scored 106 runs, remaining unbeaten. Another player to debut Test for England is Toby Roland-Jones. He might play as a replacement of Mark Wood. There is a strong possibility for Toby’s debut in the match.
